Sarah McKeown BSC (Hons), Rewind Physio.

Sarah is a highly qualified physiotherapist, with more than 18 years experience working in private practice and the NHS. 

From her treatment room at The Training Works in St Margarets, she specialises in treating adult musculoskeletal conditions triggered by anything from sports injuries to post-operative care and everything else in between. Her mission is to help clients get back to doing what they love - whether that's running marathons, cycling, playing football or walking the dog! 

Her approach is founded on the belief that symptoms are only the starting point for establishing the cause of a condition. So she takes a truly holistic approach to diagnosis, assessing not only your body, but also your lifestyle and stress levels to identify what's really going on. Then she'll work with you to establish a successful, achievable treatment plan that will minimise the chances of a repeat injury

Sarah uses a number of different physiotherapy techniques to get you back to health, including manual therapy, massage, exercise prescription, taping, postural correction, gait analysis and Aquatic Therapy (at Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool). She is a certified RockTape RockDoc & Movement Coach, and can supply and apply Rocktape kinesiotape as part of standard treatment.

Rewind Pilates

Rewind Pilates - Sarah has trained with The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and follows the APPI Pilates Method when teaching both 1:1 sessions and classes. The APPI Method helps you to develop better posture, a strong foundation to support your back and a long, lean muscular system which combines strength and flexibility. This not only helps you to rehabilitate from injury but also helps you to achieve paramount body form, capable of creating optimal movement at all times with greater ease.
