Physiotherapy
Sarah McKeown is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, specialising in the assessment and treatment of adult musculoskeletal conditions.
She works with a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, back and neck pain, postural problems, hip, knee and shoulder pain, headaches, arthritis, and persistent aches and pains that can affect everyday life and activity levels.
Sarah's passion is helping people return to the activities that matter the most. Whether your goal is to run a marathon, cycle, play sport, keep active with family and friends, or simply enjoy walking the dog without discomfort, she will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome.
Her approach is centred on understanding the root cause of a problem, rather than simply treating the symptoms. Through a thorough assessment, Sarah considers not only your physical condition but also the wider factors that may be influencing your health, including lifestyle, activity levels, and the impact of stress.
Using this holistic approach, she develops personalised treatment plans that are realistic, effective, and tailored to your individual goals.
Sarah aims to give you the knowledge, confidence, and tools to manage your condition independently, optimise your recovery, and reduce the risk of future injury.
