Clinical Pilates

Sarah started her journey with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) in 2017 and became an APPI Certified Matwork Pilates Instructor in 2022.

Sarah, an experienced Physiotherapist, uses Pilates-based exercise regularly when treating patients in her clinic and also offers Clinical Pilates Classes, including a specially adapted Seated Pilates Class for those less able to get on and off the floor.

Sarah’s classes are suitable for all, particularly for those rehabilitating from injury, managing a longterm musculoskeletal condition or anyone looking to maintain their physical health by improving their posture, balance, strength, mobility and coordination to help prevent the risk of future injury.

£13.50 per class Payable in term time blocks

Hours: Monday 9.30am / 10.45am (Matwork Pilates), 12pm (Seated Pilates Live/Online)

Thursday 9.30am (Seated Live/Online), 10.45am (Matwork Pilates)
